This short video provides a short description of the course.  It explains why this course is relevant to common lawyers as well as civil lawyers and contains a summary of the areas that will be discussed, taking into account the historical element, constitutional issues as well as reading and understanding case law (jurisprudence), which builds a cornerstone of English/common/Anglo-Saxon law.
