During the 2020/21 academic year student overall satisfaction on our programme increased from 87% in October 2020 to 92% in February 2021.  This session will briefly outline why we think we were able to achieve these high levels of student satisfaction.  Factors including programme structure, student support, community building and quality of teaching will be included.
