Teaching update for postgraduate offer holders 2020/21

A message for postgraduate offer holders from Mr James Lee, Vice-Dean for Education in The Dickson Poon School of Law.

Here, we will outline The Dickson Poon School of Law's plans to introduce a blended learning approach to the 2020/21 academic year.

In the Law School, we are preparing for small group teaching activities, such as seminars and tutorials, to be delivered flexibly next year, so that all students will have access to regular live, interactive teaching sessions. For those who are on campus, we will put in place appropriate and specific measures to protect the health and wellbeing of our community of students and staff in line with UK Government guidance. However, we also plan to deliver tutorials live and online for students who are unable to attend in person. Where safe distancing is not possible, for example in the delivery of lectures to large groups of students, we will offer online delivery supported by enhanced and expanded digital technology and resources. We expect all our large group lectures to be delivered online for the first semester.
