Being an entrepreneur should not be gendered, yet still only 1 in 3 entrepreneurs are women. The King's Entrepreneurship Institute's Women Entrepreneurs Network was created to invigorate, support and engage women in entrepreneurship.
As part of the Festival of Disruptive Thinking at the King's Entrepreneurship Institute, we'll introduce you to a panel of disruptive women from our community to share their experiences, how they disrupted the future of entrepreneurship and continue to pave the way for future growth across different sectors.
Speakers:
Nitya Dintakurti is co-founder of CoolZEN, a non-invasive, wearable medical device for menopausal women suffering from hot flashes, which automatically detects the onset of a hot flash and leverages a natural physiological response to bring relief.
Pahini Pandya is the co-founder of Panakeia, an AI platform that enables rapid, instrument-free cancer diagnostics to inform precision treatment of cancer.
Olga Kravchenko is CEO and co-founder of Musemio, a VR edtech platform that brings culture to life for children. They create educational games based on cultural concepts and museums around the world to open up children’s imagination.
Aysha Ingar is the founder of Muslimah, the first Islamic app for Muslim women and is designed with the Muslimah user in mind. Muslimah can instantly locate prayer spaces from Mosques to multi-faith centres and most importantly identify whether spaces are female friendly. The Festival of Disruptive Thinking showcases how disruptive thinking and innovative ideas can challenge the status quo and create better and bolder solutions in any sector, industry or discipline.
